SCHEDULES OF CONDITION

We have extensive experience in undertaken Schedules of Condition on numerous buildings both internally and externally.

This can include for a single garage up to a block of flats or large multi storey building or underground tunnel.

We can prepare Schedules of Condition and Photograph Schedules on absolutely any building and will provide detailed written Schedules backed up with digital photographs which can be provided by email, compact disc or paper reports or a combination of all three.

Other formats can be provided as agreed. In conjunction with providing a Schedule of Condition we can also provide floor plans and elevations. See our section on Measured Surveys.
