NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENTS

The Practice has been increasingly involved in the Design and Construction of new buildings particularly those with Special Needs/Full Disabled Use.

Our involvement has generally been for traditional new build projects although this does extend to Design and Build projects.

In recent years we have been involved in the Design to include full Architectural Services using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and ensuring Certification of New Build Developments to Eco Homes and the Code for Sustainable Homes.

In addition we provide Inspection and Certification of New Build Domestic Structures.
